When the listed features matter
Gold may suit users who expect a higher stated monthly limit than Standard and want a plan that lists Apple Pay and Google Pay. Check that the particular wallet, device and region you plan to use are supported in the live card flow before relying on it for a payment.
Compare the whole plan, not just the limit
A higher stated limit does not remove merchant, network, issuer or fraud-prevention checks. Consider the issue fee, monthly service charge, card term and the payment method you actually expect to use. Review every fee displayed before you confirm.
Gold lists Apple Pay and Google Pay, but does not list Samsung Pay support. Platinum is the plan that lists all three payment wallets.
