The issue fee is the cost to create a card. A monthly service fee is a recurring plan charge. Transaction-related costs can include network, conversion, processor or third-party fees where applicable. A monthly limit describes an upper spending boundary, not a guaranteed approval amount.
TWCards stated plan terms
- Standard: $1 issuance, $0 monthly service, up to $4,000 per month, 12 months.
- Gold: $15 issuance, $6 monthly service, up to $50,000 per month, three years.
- Platinum: $35 issuance, $6 monthly service, up to $50,000 per month, two years.

A stated monthly limit does not override merchant rules, card status, available balance or payment-provider checks.
